When we deliver
Same Day Delivery in parts of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
In all other areas, we deliver in one to four days based on the availability of our delivery partner.
Sometimes, it might take longer if our delivery partner is fully booked.
How we deliver
We deliver via FreshDirect.
Being grocery delivery experts, they are awesome at keeping the Lassi fresh and cool during delivery :)
Delivery exceptions
From the moment we get your order, it is our mission to get the Lassi to you at the earliest.
Since we rely on third parties for deliveries, sometimes there may be exceptions such as:
Delivery Delays
If our delivery partners are stretched thin due to too many deliveries, there may be a delay.
If Lassi is out of stock, our team will contact you immediately. If you are unable to wait till we get fresh stock, we’ll gladly refund.
Address not valid
We deliver to most addresses in the above areas. However, there might be some addresses to which our partners do not deliver.
We'll let you know immediately and issue a refund.
If any of these exceptions happen, apologies in advance :(
Returns
Since Lassi is a perishable item, we are unable to offer returns. Sorry! But we can assure you, our Lassi is so good, you'll instead come back for more :)
